MARKET STATS SAN GABRIEL VALLEY
This is what our local real estate market looks like. Anyone who is remotely thinking about selling (if they have equity) should do so. We have 50% less inventory than we did last year. Buyers are competing for homes. I just sold a ranch home that we listed at $800,000. Obtained 14 offers, all over the asking price, and it spun up to over $900,000 before selling.
